20 Collaborations in Book Art I, 2014

 The intention of this project was to bring book art to a wider audience and to demonstrate the creative potential within all artists to utilize the book form. B. Stadig 

This piece is a collaboration with Britt Stadig, nationally known book artist, bookbinder and designer. In 2014, she invited 20 artists to create a concept, working closely with her to realize one-of-a-kind art works in the form of a “book”. My piece opens in flip out sections that can take some experimentation to find an appropriate pattern…. thus, the title, Choices. The closed book is 20” x 15”. The open book is overall approximately 70”x 60”.
